Overview

With the Multi-account management feature (part of reev Business & Enterprise), is ideal for operators who manage multiple sites or customer accounts simultaneously.

Instead of switching between individual platform accounts, Account Managers can now manage all connected accounts from a single, unified view.

This saves time, reduces errors, and provides seamless visibility across your entire charging infrastructure.

💡 Tip: If you or your company manage multiple customer accounts, please contact your reev contact to activate the multi-account feature.

New Role: Account Manager

Account Managers are configured by the reev team.

  • This role grants cross-account visibility across multiple customer accounts.

  • System users without this permission can only access their own account and do not have access to aggregated data.

Centralized Navigation

  • The Account Switcher is located at the top left of the sidebar.

  • Authorized users will see the option “Multi-Account"

  • When switching between accounts, the current section remains active e.g. Billing or Charging sessions
→ No context loss, no page reload required.

Aggregated Infrastructure View

  • The "Multi-Account" view combines all charging points from connected accounts.

  • A new filter option “Accounts is available in addition to existing filters such as Location or Connector Status.

This enables quick and efficient cross-account analysis and comparison.

Aggregated Charging History

  • Displays all charging sessions across all connected accounts in one unified table.

  • An additional Account” column shows which customer account each session belongs to.

Aggregated Billing and Payout Data

  • The Billing view consolidates data from all accounts into a single unified table.

  • The Account” column is also visible here, ensuring clear data attribution.

User Management across multiple reev accounts

The multi-account feature enables Account Managers to create and manage user groups centrally across multiple accounts – eliminating duplicate configurations.
This results in greater efficiency, reduced administrative effort, and consistent settings across all accounts.

With centralized user management, you can:

  • Create user groups once centrally and assign them to multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Automatically synchronize changes to a group across all linked accounts.

  • Ensure consistent tariff, tax rate, and parking fee configurations*.

Please note: Automatic billing is currently not yet available for centralized user groups.

Example: A company with three accounts (A, B, C) can now create the group “Company Car Drivers” once, assign it to all three accounts, and invite drivers centrally — without duplicating configurations.

How to Create a Cross-Account User Group

  • Click Add new user group

  • Select New Multi-Account User Group

  • Choose the target accounts (default: “Apply to all”).

  • Select the group type (currently available: "Drivers and Vehicles")
