Inviting System Users

You can grant additional team members access to your reev platform.
To do this, go to Administration → System Users and click Invite User at the top of the page. Then, enter the user’s email address and assign the appropriate role.

Role Overview

As charging infrastructures grow in size and complexity, so does the need for clear responsibilities and structured access.
Within the reev Platform, you can assign predefined user roles to determine which team members can access which data and functions.

Assigning specific user roles enables:

  • Clear division of responsibilities across admin, technical, energy, and finance teams

  • Reduced risk of unintended changes or data access

  • Scalable structures for enterprise operations and multi-account environments

Note: The extended role system is part of the Business License.
Custom user roles can be configured with the reev Enterprise plan.
