1. Create a Diagnostic File via the ABL Configuration App
This method is ideal when you are physically near the charging station.
Steps:
Open the ABL Configuration App on your smartphone or tablet.
Connect to the eM4 charging station via Bluetooth.
Navigate to the "Settings" section.
Select "Request Diagnostic File".
The diagnostic file will be generated and made available for download.
Note: If the Wifi Hotspot from the charger is not visible, a restart could help.
2. Create a Diagnostic File via the Web Interface

Steps to generate the diagnostic file:
Open the web interface of the charging station in your browser.
Navigate to the “Maintenance” section.
Click on “Diagnostics”.
Select “Generate Diagnostic File” and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once completed, the file will be available for download.
When Should You Generate a Diagnostic File?
A diagnostic file can be helpful if:
The charging station is showing unusual behavior
Technical support has requested it
You need internal logs or network analysis
