Export charging sessions manually

  1. In Monitoring, sub-menu Charging History, you can view an overview of all charging sessions

  2. Using the dropdown filters at the top of the screen, you can filter sessions based on various parameters such as time period, user group, cost center, location, and more

  3. Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen to export the selected data. The system user will then receive an .xlsx file via email

Please note: In the User Management section, you can assign additional parameters such as cost center, Info 1 & 2, license plate number, etc. to each user. These details will also be included in the charging history export, making internal processing easier.

Set up automated reports

With Automated Reports, Business/ Enterprise Tier users can fully automate their reporting processes. Instead of manually creating monthly exports, reports can be configured once and then automatically generated and delivered. This saves time, reduces potential errors, and allows you to focus on what really matters, the operational management of your charging infrastructure.

Benefits

  • Time savings: No more manual exports – reports are automatically created and sent

  • Consistent, accurate data: Automated processes ensure uniform and reliable data

  • Professional workflows: Ideal for finance and accounting processes that require regular, traceable reporting

Feature Overview

With Automated Reports, Business users can ...

  • ... create reusable export templates (presets) with individual filters (e.g. by cost center, user, location, or energy source)

  • ... schedule monthly delivery of these reports

  • ... automatically send reports via email to selected recipients

Each report is executed on the selected day of the month at 03:00 CET and contains data from the previous month.

Reports are available in .xlsx or .csv format.
