Here you can learn how to integrate the reev software into a ABB charging station.
The integration can be done independently in a few simple steps.
Compatible models: Terra AC Wallbox
What is necessary in advance so that the integration can take place
reev operator set
The operator / CPO (CPO = Charge Point Operator) or contracted service provider must have received the operator set. Here, you will find the necessary onboarding materials, such as QR code sticker, SIM card and activation codeTerra Config App installed on your smartphone
An active internet connection via Ethernet or WiFi to connect to the reev backend.
Step-by-step Integration
In the following chapters, the integration process is demonstrated step-by-step. If you have all the necessary utensils from the previous chapter at hand, you can carry out the integration in parallel.
Create Terra Config App account
You can create your own account via the app. Click on "Register" and create an account. If you already have a Terra Config account, you can simply log in with your user data.
The Terra Config (Legacy) app is no longer supported! Only the Terra Config app will still work.
Connecting to the wallbox
After logging in or creating an account, you can connect to the wallbox. Bluetooth must be activated on the smartphone for this.
As shown in the screenshot below, open the menu and click on "Configure wallbox". The app then scans for available ABB AC charging stations. Here you will be asked for the PIN when trying to connect, this should be in the supplied documents.
Configuring the Internet connection
Click on "Internet connection" and select the desired connection in the menu. If you are using our SIM cards, the APN access data must still be entered.
Installing a firmware update
You can check and update the firmware version under "Firmware".
Store OCPP server
Activate the "external server" function for OCPP Server and select the "reev for ABB Terra AC" template
Confirm configuration
Finally, confirm the configuration. The settings are sent to the wallbox and it restarts and should connect to our backend with an active internet connection.
