Here you can learn how to integrate the reev software into a Wallbox charging station.

The integration can be done independently in a few simple steps.

Compatible models: Pulsar

What is necessary in advance so that the integration can take place

  • reev operator set

    • The operator / CPO (CPO = Charge Point Operator) or contracted service provider must have received the operator set. Here, you will find the necessary onboarding materials, such as QR code sticker, SIM card and activation code

  • myWallbox App

  • An active Internet connection via Ethernet or Wi-Fi is required to connect to the reev backend.

Step-by-step Integration

In the following chapters, the integration process is demonstrated step-by-step. If you have all the necessary utensils from the previous chapter at hand, you can carry out the integration in parallel.

Step 1: Open the myWallbox App

Step 2: Create an account in the myWallbox App

  • Register a new account in the myWallbox app.

  • Activate your account using the code you received via SMS or email and log in.

Step 3: Connect the charging station to your phone via Bluetooth

  • Open the app and tap the plus symbol on the home screen to add a new charging station.

  • Scan the QR code located on the sticker on the station.

  • Connect the charging station to your phone via Bluetooth.

  • Ensure the time zone is set correctly.

Step 4: Set up the network connection

  • Go to Settings (gear icon in the top right corner).

  • Change the network settings and ensure the station is connected to the Internet (Ethernet or Wi-Fi).

Step 5: Activate OCPP

  • Click on "OCPP".

  • Enable the OCPP switch and enter the server address wss://ocpp.reev.com.

  • Save the settings.

Step 6: Restart the station

  • The charging station should restart automatically. If it does not, perform a manual restart.

Step 7: Success!

  • The charging station is now successfully connected to the reev backend.
