Requirements
The following components are required for the integration:
reev documents and materials
These documents are provided to the operator (CPO) or the commissioned service provider during onboarding.
Smartphone with the Terra Config app installed
Active internet connection
Use Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or GSM to establish the connection to the reev backend.
Step-by-step guide for the integration
Follow the steps below to integrate the reev software into the ABB Terra AC charging station.
1. Install the app
Open the relevant app store on your smartphone.
Download the Terra Config app.
Install the app on your smartphone.
2. Create a Terra Config app account
Open the Terra Config app.
Tap Register to create a new account.
If you already have an account, sign in with your login details.
Note: Use only the current Terra Config app. The Terra Config (Legacy) app is no longer supported.
3. Connect to the wallbox
Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
Open the menu in the app and select Configure wallbox.
The app searches for available ABB Terra AC charging stations.
Select the required charging station and enter the PIN. You can find the PIN in the supplied documents.
4. Configure the internet connection
In the app, open the Internet connection menu item.
Select the required connection type: Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or GSM.
If you use a reev SIM card, enter the APN access data.
5. Update the firmware
Open the Firmware menu item.
Check the current firmware version.
If necessary, perform an update to ensure compatibility.
6. Store the OCPP server
Open the OCPP Server menu item.
Enable the External Server option.
Select the template reev for ABB Terra AC.
Confirm the entry.
7. Confirm the configuration
Check all settings.
Confirm the configuration.
The wallbox restarts and automatically connects to the reev backend, provided that an active internet connection is available.

Commissioning with the reev Companion
If the charging station has been configured successfully, it can now be commissioned via the reev Companion.

How can I tell whether the connection was successful?
If the wallbox is visible in the reev backend after the restart, the connection was established successfully.
What should I do if no connection is established?
Check whether the internet connection is active and whether the OCPP URL has been stored correctly. If necessary, restart the wallbox.
Which app version is required?
Use only the current Terra Config app, not the Legacy version.
