easee | Switch operator to reev

If you already have access to your wallbox via the easee app, you can simply switch the technical operator in the site settings of your easee box to connect it to the reev backend.

What is required for the integration?

reev Operator Set

This has been delivered to the operator / CPO (CPO = Charge Point Operator) or the assigned service provider. It contains the necessary onboarding materials such as QR code stickers, SIM card, and activation code.

Important:

After changing the technical operator, you will temporarily not be able to authorize charging sessions until you receive your reev account!

If you urgently need to charge, you can switch the technical operator back and set the access in the app to "Open." This will allow charging without authorization.


easee App

You need the easee App, which you can download.

An active internet connection via Ethernet or WiFi is required to establish a connection to the reev backend.

Please note that the wallbox needs an active internet connection to register with the reev backend.

  • Go to Products

  • Select Wallbox

  • Here you can scroll down to access further settings

  • Open Location Settings

  • Select Technical Operator and Save
