ABL - Adjust incorrect system date and time

This article explains how to correct an incorrect system time.

How do you recognize the error?

If the system time is not up to date, the connection to the backend will be rejected with the error message: “Transport Layer Error – TLS connection not supported.”

Prerequisites for troubleshooting

To adjust the system time, the following prerequisites must be met:

Note: Please make sure to update the firmware of the controller charging station to the latest version beforehand! You can download the most recent firmware version from the ABL homepage.

  1. Under “Role Change”, log in to the web interface as “Installer.”

  2. Under Operation, you can manually change the system time.

  3. Then restart the charging station under “Maintenance” → “System.”

Afterwards, check whether the charging station is online and the system date is correct.
