This article answers frequently asked questions about reev Living – the service that enables convenient and transparent charging at home in residential buildings.

Requirements

reev Living is designed for residents of multi‑tenant buildings where the charging infrastructure is operated with reev.

To use reev Living, you need:

  • a personal charging point in your residential building that is technically active and connected to reev

  • an individual access code (reev Sign), provided by your operator or property management

  • the reev App on your smartphone (available in the App Store and on Google Play)

Note: Your charging access will only be activated once both the technical installation is complete and your personal account has been approved.

Costs & Payment

  • Monthly base fee: € 6.90

  • Additional: rate per charging session (visible in the reev App)

  • Payment methods: credit card or SEPA direct debit

  • Billing: monthly, at the beginning of each following month


Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a charging card?
No. You can simply start charging sessions via the reev App.
An RFID card is optional.

Can I use the reev App at public charging stations?
No. The reev App can only be used at reev‑operated charging points for which you are registered.

What happens if I move to a new address?
If you move out of the residential building, please contact your operator or property management to manage or transfer your access.
