General Information
The reev App is intended for drivers. The reev Platform, on the other hand, is used by operators to manage charging points.

Operators can invite drivers to use their charging infrastructure directly via the reev Platform. There are two ways to invite drivers:
by email address, or
via Driver Self‑Registration.
Note: If you are already a registered reev system user, you can sign in with your existing credentials - no new registration is required
Invitation by email address
If you are invited as a driver via email, you will receive an invitation containing a six‑digit code.
To register, follow these steps:
Open the email and copy the six‑digit code.
Open the reev App.
Enter the code.
Confirm the tariff information.
Set up your personal login credentials (email address and password).
Confirm your email address – click the link in the confirmation email.*
(Optional) Add a charging card.
*Important: Open the confirmation link on the smartphone where the app is installed – not on a computer.

Driver Self‑Registration
If the operator has enabled Driver Self‑Registration, you can register yourself using the information provided by the operator. Your personal access to the charging infrastructure will be created automatically in the reev App, without an additional invitation code.
Once you complete the registration, you will receive an email to confirm your email address.*
*Important: Open the confirmation link on the smartphone where the app is installed – not on a computer.
Frequently Asked Questions
The confirmation link for my email address always opens in the web browser instead of the app. What can I do?
Please check your smartphone’s app settings to ensure that the reev App is allowed to open links of the type dashboard.reev.com.
If the verification link still opens in your browser, adjust your smartphone settings as follows:
Android devices
Open Settings → Apps.
Find and open the reev App.
Tap Set as default.
Go to Supported web addresses and activate dashboard.reev.com.
→ The next time you tap the verification link, the reev App will open automatically.
iOS devices
Open the verification email.
Press and hold the Confirm email link until the options menu appears.
Select Open in reev App or tap the reev logo.
→ The app will open, and the registration will be completed.
