reev Living Sign ID | 6-digit, readable on the reev Living Sign |

Tasks on-site
You need to complete two tasks on-site:
Complete the physical installation of the charging station.
Carry out the onboarding in the reev Companion.
Note: Completing the onboarding in the reev Companion is mandatory. Only then are important details such as the EVSE ID of the charging station activated.
What is the reev Companion?
The reev Companion is a service tool designed specifically for qualified electricians. You can open it in two ways:
Via the link: reev Companion
By scanning the QR code on the sticker of the charging station.
Applying QR stickers
The following steps are required to apply the QR stickers correctly:
Apply the QR stickers to the side of the charging stations.
Follow the order shown to you in the reev Companion.
Note: The QR stickers are used for authorisation and are required for the operation of the charging station.
Tip: For reev ready products, the QR stickers are already applied at the factory. You do not need to apply them yourself in this case.
Installation guides
You can find the installation guides directly in the reev Help Center. It is linked from within the reev Companion. The appropriate guide for the respective charging station is displayed directly in the app.
After installation
After completing the onboarding in the reev Companion, the following happens:
reev receives an email with the serial number of the charging station. This starts the handover process.
You receive a confirmation email with access to the live information of the charging station.
The building manager receives an email with their next steps.
reev takes care of the rest: contract signing, activation and tenant registration.
Tip: Progress is saved automatically after each step. You can pause the installation at any time and continue later.
Features after installation
The reev Companion also offers useful features after installation:
View status and details of the charging station
Email notifications for critical errors incl. next steps
Remote actions: restart the charging station, status update
