This article describes how to create a diagnostic file for your ABL eM4 charging station. The diagnostic file can be created via the ABL Configuration App or via the web interface of the charging station.
Prerequisites
The following prerequisites must be met before you create a diagnostic file:
The ABL eM4 charging station is switched on and operational.
For creation via the app: The ABL Configuration App is installed on your smartphone or tablet.
For creation via the web interface: You have access to the web interface of the charging station (see article: How do I access the web interface).
When Should a Diagnostic File Be Created?
A diagnostic file is helpful in the following cases:
The charging station is exhibiting faulty behaviour.
Technical support has requested you to create one.
You need network analyses or error logs for further investigation.
Tip: Create the diagnostic file as soon as possible after an error occurs. This ensures that the relevant log data is still fully available.
