Troubleshooting login issues

If you experience any of issues with your browser or login to your reev account, please try the suggested troubleshooting steps in this article.

*Note:

  • Uncheck the Passwords option when clearing your browsing data if you want to keep any passwords saved in your browser

  • Also, in most cases it’s not necessary to delete your entire browsing history, clearing the cache alone is usually sufficient.


reev App

  1. check for updates of your reev app

  2. verify if you are using the correct credentials

  3. try resetting your password

  4. reinstall the app and try login again

Detailed login issues and suggested solutions

  • Login loop/ Redirect back to login page
    After entering credentials, the user is redirected back to the login or homepage without any error message.

    • Clear Browser cache

    • Update your browser

  • Password reset email not received
    No reset instructions are received after submitting the “forgot password” form.

    • Please verify if you are using the correct e-Mail Adress

    • Check your Spam folder

  • Missing or unknown login credentials
    User does not have or does not know their login credentials.

    • Please try resetting your password via the "forgotten password" button on the login page

  • Unclear error message during login
    An unspecified or unclear error message appears when attempting to log in.

    • Please make a note and screenshot or screen recording

    • Share with our support team in case the troubleshooting steps above do not resolve the issue
