reev Platform | System User Roles

By assigning clearly defined system user roles, you can efficiently manage your team’s access rights within the reev platform. The higher your license level, the more granular the permission settings become.

Inviting System Users

You can grant additional team members access to your reev platform.
To do this, go to Administration → System Users and click “Invite User” at the top of the page. Then, enter the user’s email address and assign the appropriate role.

Role Overview

As charging infrastructures grow in size and complexity, so does the need for clear responsibilities and structured access.
Within the reev Platform, you can assign predefined user roles to determine which team members can access which data and functions.

Assigning specific user roles enables:

  • Clear division of responsibilities across admin, technical, energy, and finance teams

  • Reduced risk of unintended changes or data access

  • Scalable structures for enterprise operations and multi-account environments
