Setting eRoaming prices
eRoaming prices are set when you create or edit an eRoaming user group.
If your charging infrastructure is located in France, you can choose between two pricing options:
reev Smart Tariffs – use automatically calculated prices.
Custom Prices – manually define your own eRoaming prices for AC and/or DC charging stations.
To configure custom eRoaming prices you need access to the reev Platform with System Admin, Fleet Manager or Account Manager permissions. Your charging stations must also be correctly configured as AC and/or DC stations.
eRoaming pricing options (France only)
Option 1: reev Smart Prices
reev Smart Prices are enabled by default when you create an eRoaming user group.
With this option, reev sets the eRoaming prices for you. The prices are updated regularly. Country-specific conditions and local price levels are taken into account.
Tip: This option is suitable if you want to use eRoaming without defining and maintaining prices manually.
Option 2: Custom eRoaming prices
If you want to control the prices yourself, you can disable reev Smart Prices. You can then enter custom prices for AC and DC charging stations.
The following limitations apply:
You can define one fixed AC price and one fixed DC price.
Time-based pricing is currently not supported.
Note: Custom prices give you more control, but they may reduce the reach of your charging stations in eRoaming.
The following steps are required to define custom prices for an eRoaming user group.
Disable reev Smart Prices.
Enter the price per kWh for the displayed station types.
Optionally enable the parking fee and complete all related fields.
Check the details on the confirmation screen.
Save the user group.
Pricing components and limits
The following limits apply to custom eRoaming prices.
All prices must be greater than 0.

If you enable parking fees, you must complete all three fields:
Price per minute: Net amount per minute after the grace period.
Starting after: Grace period without a parking fee. The period starts when charging begins.

Reach of the pricing options
Your pricing choice affects the roaming platforms through which your charging stations are published.

Your eRoaming prices and the driver’s final price
The prices you enter in the reev Platform define the net amount your business receives for eRoaming charging sessions at the charging stations assigned to the user group. They do not determine the final price paid by the driver.
The driver’s eMobility Service Provider sets the final price. Providers use your price and apply its own rates and fees.
Troubleshooting
Custom prices are not shown
Custom eRoaming prices are currently not available for customers in other countries than France. If your charging stations are registered in France and the option is still missing, contact reev Support.
AC or DC fields are missing
The platform shows price fields only for station types that are available and correctly configured in your account. Exit the creation process, check the AC and DC configuration of your charging stations and open the user group again.
A price is rejected
The value may be less than or equal to 0, above the applicable limit or incomplete. Check all fields and correct the values.
Fewer drivers can use the charging stations
This can happen when you use custom eRoaming prices. Custom prices are currently published through Gireve only. Not all eMobility Service Providers accept individual prices. reev does not track which providers accept or reject an offer.

Frequently asked questions
Can I define different prices for different times?
No. You can currently define one fixed AC price and one fixed DC price only.
Can I define an AC price without a DC price?
Yes. The platform displays fields only for station types available in your account. If you have AC stations only, the platform displays the AC settings only.
Does my eRoaming price determine what the driver pays?
No. The final driver price is determined by the relevant eMobility Service Provider.
