To make charging even easier for your drivers, you can generate a code for each user group (Drivers and Vehicles), allowing users to self-register for the user group. Driver self-registration is only available with the reev Platform Pro license!
You can activate driver self-registration in just three steps:
Step 1: In the "User Groups" menu, click on "Driver Self-Registration" for the relevant user group.
You can then generate a six-digit code and create a PDF guide with a QR code, which you can share internally with your users, for example, as a printout or on your intranet.
Step 2: For self-registration, your drivers will need the reev app. Using the six-digit code or QR code, they can activate the registration for the user group.
Step 3: Finally, you need to confirm the drivers in the "Users" menu, under the "Drivers & Vehicles" submenu, in the "Pending" tab. Once confirmed, the drivers will be notified that they are now authorized to charge.
Tips for Driver Self-Registration
You can receive email notifications when new drivers register. To do so, click on your profile in the lower left corner of the screen and open your personal settings. Scroll down to the section Driver Self-Registration and activate or deactivate the notifications for all user groups where self-registration is active.
Users who register via driver self-registration will receive a verification email with a link at the end of the process, which they must use to confirm their registration. This link must be opened using the reev App.

Your invited drivers can independently add charging cards to their user account or start charging sessions using the reev App.
