This article provides information about your reev platform license.
Your reev license is the digital access key to use and unlock the features of your reev platform. A license key is required for each charge point managed via the reev backend. This key proves which reev license has been purchased and confirms payment for the initial contract period (typically 24 months).
Assigning License Keys to New Connectors
Every new charge point added to your reev platform must be assigned a valid license key.
After successfully adding new connectors, you will be prompted to assign a license key to each one. Once a key is added, you can fully use the reev platform, and the license term for that connector begins.

If you don’t have the license key available at the time of adding connectors, you have a 14-day grace period to assign it. After 14 days without assignment, the affected connectors will be set to "Free Charging" and can no longer be configured.
You can assign a license key to a charge point at any time. Simply go to Monitoring, sub-menu Charging Infrastructure, select the relevant connector, and enter the license key in the sidebar.
