In this article, you’ll learn how to gain access to your own reev platform in order to manage your charging infrastructure.


Create your reev Platform

  1. Visit https://dashboard.reev.com/login and click on "New to reev? Create your Dashboard."

  2. Fill in all the required information to create your access.
    Please note: To complete your registration, you will need at least one valid license key. If you’re unsure where to find your license key, click on “What is a license key and what is it used for?”

  3. Once your data has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the confirmation link in that email to complete your registration.

After your platform has been successfully registered, you can log in at https://dashboard.reev.com/login using the credentials you created.

Granting Access to Additional System Users

You can grant access to any number of additional system users free of charge.

  • Go to Administration, sub-menu System Users in the menu and click on Invite User at the top of the screen.

  • You can then invite a user via email and assign them a role.

System User Roles in the reev Platform

  • Administrator

    • Full access to all functions within the reev dashboard

    • Can define user groups and set up charging tariffs

    • Can configure and manage the billing account

    • Can view and export invoices and receipts

    • Can manage the reev subscription

    • Can add additional system users

  • Fleet Manager

    • Can create user groups, and add or edit drivers and vehicles

    • Can view and export invoices and receipts

    • Cannot make changes to the infrastructure or payment features (billing account or reev subscription)

    • Cannot invite other system users

  • Read-Only Access

    • Can view all menus and functions

    • Cannot make any changes


Frequently Asked Questions

I forgot my user email or password. What can I do?

  • Your user email is the email address you used to register for the reev platform. If you can’t find it, please contact the reev support team at https://reev.com/kontakt/

  • You can reset your password using the "Forgot password" function at dashboard.reev.com. After entering your email address, you’ll receive an email to set a new password.
