Insert the SIM card into the designated slot in the charging station.LAN Cable (if using LAN connection):
Connect the router to the appropriate socket on the station using a LAN cable.
Step-by-Step Integration
The following sections describe the integration process step by step. Once all materials listed in the previous section are ready, the integration can begin immediately.
Configuring the ChargeLine Station
1. Opening the Web Interface
To configure the station, open its web interface. Connect your mobile device to the station’s Wi-Fi hotspot. The hotspot name (SSID) and password are printed on the configuration label.
You can connect either by scanning the QR code or by manually entering the details.
After connecting, open a browser (e.g., Chrome or Safari) and enter the address: http://172.16.0.1
Log in using the Device Password, which is also printed on the label.
2. Starting the Installation Wizard
During the initial startup, the installation wizard will launch automatically.
If the station has already been configured, the wizard can be launched manually:
Go to System → Recommissioning, enter the Device Password, and confirm the recommissioning.
Note: If the “Managed” option in the “Authorization” menu is not available later (see Step 6), the station must first be recommissioned. This can be done via System → Installation → Recommissioning. It is recommended to check this at this point to avoid having to configure the station twice.
3. Selecting the Network Connection
Choose the desired network connection type.
LAN Connection:
Select Ethernet, and it is recommended to use the automatic IP mode. Alternatively, a static IP address (manual IP mode) can be defined. Then click Next.Wi-Fi Connection:
Select Wi-Fi, choose the home network, and enter the Wi-Fi password. Automatic IP mode is also recommended here. Click Next to continue.
SIM Connection:
Select Mobile Network. No additional input is required. Although the connection may appear as “Disconnected,” continue by clicking Next.
4. Checking the Firmware
A firmware version of 1.7.1 or higher is recommended for operation. An update to a newer version is possible but not mandatory.
5. General Installation Settings
Adjust the following configuration points according to the specific installation and local conditions. If necessary, consult a qualified electrician.
Group Balancing: Only required for multiple stations operating in a network.
Dynamic Load Management: Depends on the electrical installation.
Solar Charging: Depends on the presence of a PV system.
Household Limit: Usually not required.

Select reev as the access point as well. The APN emonvia should already be prefilled. Click Next to continue.
7. Completing the Setup
After all steps have been completed, click Finish & Restart to apply the configuration.
After restarting, the device will automatically disconnect from the hotspot. Once the hotspot is active again, you can reconnect if necessary.
8. Retrieving the Serial Number for the reev Portal
Navigate to System → About. The product name of the charging station is listed there. This product name is required as the serial number / chargebox ID in the reev portal to integrate the station.
