Charging company cars at home: Notifications for tariff changes
More transparency for employers & drivers
From now on, you can add a dedicated email address to your platform account to be notified about tariff changes from your company car drivers. As soon as a change to the electricity tariff is documented by a company car driver in the reev app, you will immediately receive the relevant information by email.
In the Administration menu, under Billing settings in the Contract renewal & company cars at home tab, you can enter the email address in the field Email address for receiving tariff change documents.
This way, you always stay on top of billing and reimbursement for your drivers! You can find more information on charging company cars at home here.
Good to know: As this involves sensitive driver data, only system users with the role Administrator can store the desired email address in the reev account.
reev Energy Management: even more control over configuration
Adjust the EMS technical configuration yourself
Existing settings for the configuration of the reev EMS can now be adjusted at any time. In the Configuration menu, you can check and change the values of the energy management system for the respective location. This includes, for example, the following settings:
Main distribution: max. kW limit of the site
Charging groups: phase rotation and max. kW limit of the individual charging point
Site settings: use of imbalance prevention
All changes are applied immediately after saving and remain in effect for the ongoing use of the reev EMS at the respective location.
