If the backend connection to the reev platform is not functioning, you can perform the following steps and checks:

1. Does the wallbox have an active internet connection?

Ensure that the charging station is properly connected to the internet (via LAN, WLAN, or SIM).

2. Has the configuration been correctly applied?

Verify that all settings, especially those related to the backend, have been properly saved and are active.


Known Issues

In some cases, it has been observed that the wallbox does not correctly adopt the selected OCPP mode. Even if OCPP 1.6J appears to be selected, the station may not actually be using this setting. Please follow the steps below to ensure proper configuration:

  1. Change the OCPP mode temporarily
    Set the OCPP mode to another version (e.g., OCPP 1.5) and save the configuration.

  2. Switch back to OCPP 1.6J
    After saving the intermediate setting, reselect OCPP 1.6J and save again.
    → Now the station should correctly apply the intended OCPP mode.


Final Step

Restart the charging station to complete the configuration process and ensure the changes are active.
