If your ABB Terra AC charging station can no longer connect to the reev backend and therefore appears as offline in the dashboard, this may be caused by an incorrect or missing server configuration.

This article explains step by step how to manually restore the connection.

Connect to the Wallbox

  1. Open the ABB Terra Config App on your smartphone (Bluetooth must be enabled).

  2. Open the menu and select “Configure Wallbox.”

  3. The app will automatically search for available ABB charging stations.

  4. Select your wallbox. When attempting to connect, you will be asked for a PIN – this can be found in the documentation provided with your charging station.

  5. Once the connection is successful, you can modify the wallbox settings.

Reconfigure the OCPP Server

  1. In the app, navigate to: OCPP Server → Custom Server

  2. Enter the following address in the Server URL field:

    http://ocpp.reev.com:80
  3. Select “Confirm Configuration” – the wallbox will automatically restart.

Check the Connection

After restarting, the wallbox should automatically reconnect to the reev backend.
You can verify the connection status in the reev dashboard – the charging station should now appear as online. If the connection is still not established:

  • Check the network connection (LAN or mobile network).

  • Repeat the configuration process if necessary.
