Note:
If this description does not match your charging station, please check the installation manual or contact the manufacturer. The procedure may vary depending on the manufacturer, e.g., ABL, Mennekes, KEBA, Hager, Alfen, Schneider, ABB.
End the charging process (Optional)
If a vehicle is connected, stop the charging process via the vehicle or at the station.
Unplug the connector.
Soft reset (if available)
Using the charging station’s display, control buttons, or app, select the “Restart” or “Reset” option.
Wait until the station is operational again.
Power off and on (hard reset)
Switch off the power supply via the main switch or circuit breaker of the charging station.
Wait briefly.
Switch the power supply back on.
Check functionality
Verify that the display shows normal operating status again.
If possible, start a test charging session.
Additional note:
If you are unsure how to perform the restart, or if the station remains offline afterwards, please contact the manufacturer or a qualified electrician.
In some cases, the cause may also be software-related – for example, if the charging station has been blocked for safety reasons or if the SIM card can only establish a weak connection to the mobile network. In such situations, our support team will be happy to assist you.
